Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour (if regular flour is used, add 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder)
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. walnut extract
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until well blended and batter is smooth. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and glaze while cake is still hot.
