Ingredients

1 stick butter (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1/2 c. thawed orange juice concentrate
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. coconut
2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter in large bowl; slowly add sugar.
Beat well.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Combine orange juice and water; blend with butter mixture.
Blend in flour and cornmeal.
Fold in coconut.
Divide mixture into 2 pie crusts. Bake until golden, about 50 to 60 minutes.
