Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cooking oil
4 Tbsp. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift flour with soda, cinnamon and salt.
Combine sugar with eggs, oil, sour cream and vanilla; beat well.
Blend in flour mixture.
Fold in apples, nuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
