Stuffing Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    16 oz. dry bread cubes (about 6 c.)
    1 egg
    2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and saute 8 minutes.
    Add next 6 ingredients and cook 5 minutes.
    Toss with bread cubes.
    Beat egg with chicken broth and mix into bread cubes.
    Shape into 2-inch balls and place on 2 greased cookie sheets.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375 oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes about 26 to 30 balls.
    Freeze well also.
