Country Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ham
Preparation
    Boiling Method:
    Soak
    ham
    overnight.\tWash thoroughly in warm water.
    Use a stiff brush
    to remove any surface mold. Place ham in boiler, skin side down.
    Cover with water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 25 minutes
    per
    pound.
    (Keep covered with water while simmering.) When done,
    remove
    skin\twhile
    still warm.
