Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. applesauce (16 oz. can)
2 eggs

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add applesauce and 1/2 cup water.
Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
Add in shortening mixture and beat with electric mixer.
Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
