Crab Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    2 c. crab meat (fresh, frozen or 2 cans)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Dice 4\tslices\tof bread and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
    or dish.
    Mix crab, mayonnaise, onion, celery and soup. Spread
    over the diced bread.
    Dice remaining bread and place over crab mixture.
    Beat eggs and milk.\tPour over bread and
    crab mixture.
    Sprinkle\tgrated cheese on top.
    Place in refrigerator for
    several
    hours or even better if left overnight.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0
    for
    1 hour or until puffed and brown. Makes 8 or 10 large servings.
