Oatmeal Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium potato, cooked and mashed
    2 slices bread, toasted
Preparation
    Mix together oleo and oatmeal.
    Remove from stove and add onion and potato.
    Soak toast in boiling water, then drain.
    Mix all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste.
