Asparagus Or Artichoke Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichokes, drained and cut in half or 1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut in 1-inch pieces
    5 to 6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small onion, minced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 or 2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    bottom crust of pie shell
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Fry artichokes or asparagus with oil, onion and garlic until tender and onion is transparent.
    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, parsley and baking powder.
