Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 eggs
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Jr. baby food sweet potatoes (2 small jars)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar and eggs until fluffy.
Add potato and pineapple.
Mix well and add dry ingredients and beat well.
Add vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (about 45 minutes) in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add nuts if desired.
Frost.
Keeps well.
