Yellow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. softened fat (margarine or butter)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. dry Egg Beaters, packed (you can use fresh egg)
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Note:
    Use 1 fresh egg in place of the Egg Beaters and water.
