Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tart apples, diced and peeled
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Cream sugar, oil and eggs.
Add vanilla.
Sift soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add flour and apples alternately.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour and 15 minutes.
