Ham Francisco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced ham
    17 oz. sliced peaches, drained (save syrup)
    1 small green pepper
    2 green onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/3 c. syrup from peaches
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Arrange ham and heat in shallow dish.
    Heat through at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour.
    Drain peaches, saving syrup.
    Saute green pepper and onions in margarine or butter about 4 minutes.
    Add peach syrup to vegetables.
    Mix the brown sugar, cornstarch and dry mustard together and add to vegetables.
    Blend the catsup and lemon juice into the vegetables.
