Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin spice
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. fresh cranberries
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix oil, eggs, milk, pumpkin, cranberries and chopped nuts in another bowl.
    Mix the 2 bowls together.
    Pour into 2 large loaf pans or 8 miniature pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes and unmold.
