Fried Won Ton - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Preparation

Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and cornstarch well.
Put one tablespoon of beef and onion in center of square and fold it into a triangle.
Stick outer edge of wrapper with a little water and seal the won ton.
Heat 7 to 10 tablespoons of Crisco oil; fry won ton 6 at a time.
Use medium heat; fry until golden brown.
