Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo, melted and poured over 4 to 5 c. toasted bread cubes
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    approximately 3 c. canned tomatoes or 1 large can tomatoes
Preparation
    Crush tomatoes with hands so it will not be lumpy.
    Add brown sugar
    and\tsalt.
    Mix
    with
    bread and put in buttered baking dish.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
