Dairyland Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium size noodles
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
    1 (15 oz.) can herb tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. green onions, chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and set aside.
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add tomato and Worcestershire sauces.
    Combine cottage cheese and sour cream with softened cream cheese.
    Add onions and green pepper.
