Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup

Preparation

Place pork chops in baking dish.
Mix dressing, preserves, onion soup and half of the dressing bottle of water all together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve over rice.
