Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 garlic cloves
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Dredge with flour and brown in small amount of oil.
    Insert 1 clove into each chop and place in casserole. Pour excess fat from browning pan, then add water, sugar, bay leaf, sour cream and vinegar.
    Stir together and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
