Chicken Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breast halves, cooked, boned and shredded
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    white wine to taste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. soft breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Mix together soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated cheese, lemon juice, curry powder, salt,
    pepper and wine.
