Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. Nature's seasoning
    1 c. shredded ham (optional)
    1 c. thinly sliced zucchini (optional)
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. crumbled bacon (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate or casserole dish; put veggies (and meat if desired) and cheese in dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients in bowl until smooth.
    Pour into dish (over veggies); sprinkle with cheese on top and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Freezes great; heats up in microwave for make ahead dish.
