Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
2 onions
2 green peppers
1 Tbsp. salad oil
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Marinate strips of steak for 30 minutes in ingredients.
Heat a little oil in skillet and brown meat.
Add water to make gravy, then add onion and green pepper.
Simmer 45 minutes or longer. Serve over rice.
