Lemon Herbed Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped fresh thyme or 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and divided
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) salmon fillet or other fish fillets
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, cheese, thyme, lemon peel and salt.
    Mix well.
    Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat.
    Set aside.
    Pat salmon dry.
