Reception Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain
    juice
    from
    pineapple and heat juice.
    Dissolve jello in
    juice
    and let cool.
    Cream the cheese with a little milk
    and mashed
    pimento.
    Add celery, pineapple, mayonnaise and
    nuts. Let
    mixture thicken, then fold in cream which has been whipped stiff.
    Serves 15.
