Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Mix together soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts.
    Chill.
    Yields about 3 cups.
    Serve with assorted crackers or remove center of Hawaiian bread and tear into bite size pieces.
    Stuff hull of bread with dip and serve with torn bread pieces.
