Carolyn'S Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, cooked and deveined
    1 pkg. wild rice (Uncle Ben's), cooked as directed
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
Preparation
    Clean duck cavity well.
    Salt and pepper duck.
    Coat the duck in and out with orange marmalade.
    Oil the bottom of Dutch oven. Saute onions and add parsley.
    Add duck and bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, at 375\u00b0.
    Remove from oven.
    Add water (about 1-inch) and cover.
    Return to oven and bake, covered, for 1 hour.
