Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, stir together chicken, celery, rice, mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, water chestnuts, soup and boiled eggs.
    Drizzle melted butter over mixture.
    Sprinkle crushed potato chips over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Can be served on bed of lettuce or on hot rolls or bread.
    Serves 5 or 6.
