Chicken-Vegetable Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni (chicken with vegetables flavor)
    2 3/4 c. water
    2 c. chicken, cooked and cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    1 c. frozen peas
    1/2 c. green or red pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
Preparation
    Prepare Rice-a-Roni according to package directions, except add 2 3/4 cups water with flavoring packet.
    Add chicken and vegetables. Simmer until liquid cooks away, about 20 to 30 minutes. Easy and good.
