Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium-size cabbage leaves
    1 1/2 c. cooked ground beef
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook cabbage leaves for 3 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain; dry.
    Combine ground beef, onion, rice and seasonings.
    Put about 1/4 cup on each cabbage leaf.
    Roll and fasten with wooden toothpick.
    Place rolls close together in greased baking dish. Brush rolls with butter and pour tomato juice over them.
    Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 until cabbage leaves are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Remove wooden picks before serving.
