Ingredients

1 stick butter or oleo
2 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

Melt sugar and butter to an almost caramelized stage over medium heat. Beat egg yolks. Shake up flour with part of the milk. Pour into sugar and butter mixture and cook until thick and bubbly.
Pour into baked pie shells. Top with meringue and brown.
