Parmesan Zucchini Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. nonfat parmesan cheese
4 small zucchini (quartered lengthwise)
1/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation

In bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese.
Dip zucchini in egg substitute and then into crumb mixture.
Place on nonstick pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
