Oven Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can black olives, sliced
    1 medium onion
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes; slice half of them into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the next 4 ingredients together; spread half of it over potatoes.
    Slice rest of potatoes into pan, then add the rest of the cheese mixture over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
