Baked Chicken(Easy, Beginners) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (approx. 2 lbs.) of cut chicken pieces
    1 Cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Season salt or poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Margarine or butter
    Plastic bag or paper bag
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. In the bag, put the flour, salt, pepper, season salt and shake to mix. When the oven has pre-heated, put the butter in the baking pan and place in oven just until melted. Rinse chicken pieces under cold water, shake off excess moisture, then put in bag and shake until coated. Repeat above until all pieces are in the baking pan. Place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes, remove the pan from oven and turn chicken pieces over. Place back in the oven and cook an additional 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
