Lithuanian Kielbossi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 lb. pork butt
5 lb. ham
5 lb. beef
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. pepper
4 kernels ground garlic or 4 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Use all fat that is on the meat and grind coarsely.
Add salt, pepper and garlic.
Mix well and place in refrigerator overnight. Stiff in washed pork casings.
Refrigerate immediately.
