Carrot Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups mashed cooked carrots
    1 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in a greased souffl dish.
    Bake 15 minutes at 400.
    Reduce heat to 325 for 45 minutes.
