Pineapple Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 slices bread, cubed
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. catsup, divided
    1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine beef, pineapple, bread cubes, eggs, onion, horseradish, salt and 2 tablespoons catsup.
    Form into long, narrow loaf, about 9 x 5 x 2-inches.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When done, combine 2 tablespoons catsup with 1/4 cup juice and pour over.
