Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Bake in iron skillet at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes.
