Lou'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Melt oleo or butter.
    Add sugar and vinegar; bring to a boil. Set
    aside\tto cool.
    Beat eggs, vanilla and salt until lemon colored.
    Stir
    into
    sugar mixture slowly, making sure the eggs do\tnot
    cook
    or
    pie will be lumpy.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
