Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices toasted bread
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    several slices American cheese
    croutons
    6 eggs
    4 c. cubed ham
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Using a 9 x 13-inch pan, butter well (about 1/4 cup melted). Cover bottom of pan with bread slices, then cover bread with slices of American cheese, then ham.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
    Beat vigorously and pour over dry ingredients.
    Top with Cheddar cheese and croutons.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
