Green Beans With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh green beans, washed, ends cut off
    2 thick slices bacon
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, chopped medium
    1/4 to 1/4 c. tomato, chopped smaller
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place green beans in a large pot of water.
    Bring water to a full boil and turn off heat.
    Once boiling stops, rinse beans with cold water to stop cooking.
    Cut bacon into small pieces and cook in saute pan.
    After a couple of minutes, add onion.
    When bacon is almost done, add green beans, then tomatoes.
    Stir to coat evenly. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
