Tuna Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium carrots, shredded (1 c.)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    In 3-quart pan, cook carrots and onions in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Add milk, broth and flour.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in tuna, celery seed, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Heat through.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
