14-Carat Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated, raw carrots
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Add sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Stir in carrots, nuts and pineapple.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in 3 layers.
