Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately.
Combine the two well. Drop on greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
