Apple Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    double pie crust
    6 c. apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Toss apples with combined sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Turn into pastry.
    Sprinkle with juice and dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Seal and flute edges.
    Slit top for steam.
    Bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
