Sausage Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. water
1 c. salted cracker crumbs
Preparation

Break up sausage while browning in skillet; pour off most of the fat.
Add beaten eggs to cooled sausage; add milk, water and crumbs.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
Cut in squares.
