Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Place yeast in 2 cups very warm water.
Melt oleo.
Place in large bowl and cream with sugar.
Add egg.
Add water with dissolved yeast, then add flour.
Stir until well mixed.
Drop by spoonful in well-greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
