Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 to 40 large fresh mushrooms, stemmed
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
    1/2 c. bread crumbs, toasted
    1/2 c. pizza or spaghetti sauce
    1 egg
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip mushrooms in butter.
    Stuff with mixture of sausage, bread crumbs, sauce and egg.
    Top with a 1-inch square of sliced Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve at once.
