Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 medium to large onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet and drain.
    Add chopped onion and tomatoes.
    Leave core in cabbage to hold together.
    Wash and cut into small to medium wedges.
    Lay wedges on beef and tomato mixture; cover and cook on low or simmer until cabbage reaches desired doneness.
