Duck And Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 duck
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
1 medium bell pepper, chopped and sauteed in butter
1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in butter

Preparation

Boil duck until done.
Mix rice with broth; mix to both cans of soup.
Mix well.
Place rice mix into casserole dish.
Place duck on top of rice.
(Be sure to remove duck from broth.)
Bake in oven (350\u00b0) until rice is done.
