Ruby Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 fryer chickens or 8 breast halves
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. English walnuts
3 whole cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with Accent and salt.
Brown in margarine in skillet (large).
Add onion, spices, orange juice and rind.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add walnuts and cranberries.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
(Be careful not to burn).
Stir occasionally as it simmers, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
